President’s Message As the newly elected President and on behalf of the Atlanta Chapter of Continental Societies, Incorporated, I welcome you to our web site where we can share and provide information regarding our charge to continue "Building On A Legacy Of Service To Children". For over 38 years, the Atlanta Chapter of Continental Societies, Inc., has been serving and positively impacting the lives of children in metro Atlanta. Through the implementation of various programs in the areas of Health, Education, Employment, Recreation and the Arts & Humanities, we strive to carry out our organization's mission "to create environments within our communities that empower children to have access to quality and appropriate opportunities to reach their optimal potential". In addition to our service programs, the Atlanta Chapter supports youth by providing scholarships annually to graduating high-school seniors with a desire to further advance their academic education. Since 2000 alone, we have awarded over $38,000 to deserving students in the metro Atlanta area. Commitment, sisterhood and friendship are the foundations of our organization that have kept us in this spirit of service and the Atlanta Chapter is proud to serve children along with our other forty-five chapters throughout the United States, the District of Columbia and Bermuda. The Atlanta Chapter always seeks opportunities to partner and serve children.
